I took this course while trying to figure out whether to expand my one-chair studio into a full salon. The structure is logical, moving from concept and target clientele through to staffing and equipment budgets, which helped me organize thoughts I'd been carrying around for months. I especially liked the worksheet for calculating how many clients per week you actually need to break even. My only complaint is that the marketing section feels a little thin compared to the financial planning parts. Still, it gave me a real document to work from rather than notes scattered across my phone.

美容サロンを開業したいと思いながらも、事業計画書の作り方が全く分からず手が止まっていました。このコースは市場調査から価格設定、スタッフ配置まで順を追って説明してくれるので、初めてでも迷わず進められます。特に損益分岐点の計算方法を具体例付きで解説してくれる部分がとても役立ちました。ただ、マーケティング戦略の章はもう少し掘り下げてほしかったです。それでも全体としては初心者にちょうど良い内容だったと思います。

I've wanted to open a salon for two years but kept putting it off because the business plan part felt overwhelming. This course walks through every section step by step, from market analysis of the local area to pricing services and estimating staff costs. The financial projections module was the most useful part for me since I'd never built a break-even chart before. By the end I had an actual draft plan I could take to a lender instead of a vague idea in my head. It made the whole process feel manageable instead of scary.
