Als beginnend boekhouder verdronk ik altijd in ruwe cijfers, maar dit heeft mijn manier van werken echt veranderd. Ik gebruik nu dagelijks draaitabellen om grootboekgegevens samen te vatten en functies als SVERWIJZEN om bedragen tussen overzichten te koppelen. Vooral het deel over het opschonen en transformeren van data tot een net rapport was goud waard. Alles wordt rustig en stap voor stap uitgelegd, met voorbeelden die echt op boekhoudwerk lijken. Mijn maandrapportages kosten me nu de helft van de tijd.

Lavoro in uno studio di commercialisti e finora usavo Excel in modo piuttosto disordinato, quindi questo corso è arrivato al momento giusto. Spiega bene come trasformare dati grezzi in report puliti, con tanta attenzione alle tabelle pivot e alle formule di ricerca che uso davvero ogni giorno. Mi è piaciuto molto il ritmo delle lezioni, mai troppo veloce, con esempi pratici presi da situazioni contabili reali. Ogni modulo si costruisce sul precedente, quindi alla fine hai davvero un metodo di lavoro completo. Ho già iniziato ad applicare quello che ho imparato nei report mensili del mio ufficio.
Il corso copre bene le funzioni essenziali di Excel per la contabilità, anche se la parte sulle tabelle pivot poteva essere più approfondita.
Als Buchhalterin nutze ich Excel täglich, aber meistens nur sehr oberflächlich, deshalb hat mir dieser Kurs wirklich die Augen geöffnet. Er zeigt Schritt für Schritt, wie man Rohdaten bereinigt, Pivot-Tabellen aufbaut und daraus saubere Berichte erstellt, die man monatlich wiederverwenden kann. Besonders gut fand ich, dass mit echten, praxisnahen Beispieldateien gearbeitet wird und nicht nur mit abstrakten Übungen. Das Tempo ist angenehm, man kann jederzeit zurückspulen und die Formeln nachbauen. Nach dem Kurs brauche ich für meine Monatsabschlüsse deutlich weniger Zeit.
