Privacy policy

What we collect

• Account: email, optional name, password hash, language preference.
• Usage: which classes you enrolled in, your progress, certificates issued.
• Billing: credit transactions (deposits, purchases). Card details go to our payment processor; we don’t store them.
• Skills screening: your answers to the questionnaire, the role you said you’re aiming for, and your derived skill profile. Used to recommend classes and to issue your personal Skills Profile credential.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell your data.
• We don’t share your purchase or learning history with advertisers.
• We don’t use your content to train external models without explicit consent.

Your rights

You can export or delete your account from Profile (deletion endpoint coming with launch). For data requests, email privacy@learnflat.com.

Note on screening data

The skills screening is voluntary. Your answers are stored only to issue your Skills Profile credential and to recommend classes. The screening does not collect biometric or astrological data.

Account is shared across LearnFlat and partner sites

If you also use other sites in our platform family, the same account is reused (single sign-on). Data collected on a partner site is governed by that site’s privacy policy.
