A clean refund window so you can try without worry.
The short version
- Classes: 14-day refund. No questions asked if less than 50% complete.
- Credit top-ups: the cash portion is refundable within 14 days. Bonus credits are forfeit if the deposit is refunded.
- Skills screening: free — nothing to refund.
How to request
Open Credits & billing and use the refund link next to the transaction, or email support@learnflat.com. We process within 3 business days.
