1. The agreement
By creating an account on LearnFlat you agree to these terms. We may update them; we’ll notify you of material changes.
2. What we provide
LearnFlat provides access to original instructional content, an AI tutor integrated with each class, a free skills screening that produces a personal Skills Profile, and a credential system. Each class is priced at $4.99.
3. Payments and credits
Classes are $4.99 each. Credits purchased via top-up are non-transferable and don’t expire. Bonus credits are not separately refundable; refunds are computed on the cash portion of the transaction.
4. Acceptable use
Personal use only. Don’t redistribute course content, attempt to scrape catalog content at scale, or share account credentials. Abuse may result in termination without refund.
5. Skills screening
The skills screening, alignment scores, and Skills Profile credentials are self-reflection and recommendation tools, not predictions of outcome and not professional advice. The screening does not collect biometric data.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
7. Governing law
To be set in a jurisdiction selected with counsel prior to launch.
