Each produces a written artifact: a life-stage communication map, a perpetual-conflict plan, a repair process, a shared learning plan, a professional-support decision memo, and a long-term agreements update. This course is written for couples in long-term partnerships, especially those facing or anticipating major changes. By the end you will move from treating communication as a topic to treating it as a sustained practice, and the conversations you have over the next decade will reflect deliberate skill rather than long-running patterns you never chose.
